Ecstatic Dance for Body and Soul
A heart-opening dance event
held in the spirit of healing, growth & transformation.
This moving meditation practice is an invitation
to surrender the mind & cross the threshold into the body’s domain. It is a call to enter the realm of the heart.
The 2 hour Dance Journey is set to Hot Tribal, Global & Soulful tunes.
Open to all ages & abilities, no dance experience necessary.
Heart Dance is facilitated in a beautiful smoke-free, sacred space.
