A Monthly heart-opening dance event

held in the spirit of healing, growth & transformation.

Our divine shimmering bodies are the gateway into ecstatic heart bliss.

This moving meditation practice is an invitation
to surrender the mind & cross the threshold into the body’s domain. It is a call to enter the realm of the heart.

The 2 hour Dance Journey is set to Hot Tribal, Global & Soulful tunes. There is minimal facilitation during this dance event. Participants are invited to find their own authentic movement and follow their body’s wisdom towards healing, transformation and joy in a safe space.

Open to all ages & abilities, no dance experience necessary.
Heart Dance is facilitated in a beautiful smoke-free, sacred space.

Last Saturday of every month 2009:

January 31st, Feb 28th, Mar 28th, Apr 25th, May 30th, Jun 27th, Jul 25th, Aug 29th, Sep 26th, Oct 31st, Nov 28th

Please wear loose comfortable clothes, bring water and perhaps a towel.. and an open heart : )
