When we show up on the dance floor willing to journey into unknown territory, an invitation arises to access the tender language of our hearts. We can be moved from the inside out… or out-side in.. or upside down..
Wherever our dance takes us, the opportunity exists to be grounded with it in present moment.
It may surprise you, entice you, overwhelm, madden or excite you. Whatever your soul-expression on the dance floor, I invite you to surrender to its power & be moved by its delicacy.
This is a 2 hour collective dance journey of moving into the unknown. Breath, beat, heart & feet…
Tuning into the universal pulse, dancing with intention yet no expectation can be a risky practice requiring courage & surrender.. ..It can also be a humbling pilgrimage of transformation.
Something opens our wings…we are exposed & vulnerable. We are moved by Mystery & Grace.. towards Gratitude & Devotion.

You are invited to join me for some soulful, heart-opening dances this summer…
An opportunity to dance freely in an un-facilitated, sacred space;
to drop the mind and dive deep into our authentic movement practice.

Traditionally Sunday is a day of rest, renewal, worship and prayer… Join us in Sacred Space for a Sunday Morning Dance. A opportunity enjoy this movement meditation practice that allows a deeper connection with self, the divine and others.
As we journey together interweaving our stories, soul-expressions, power and vulnerabilities we allow ourselves to be seen as exposed and authentic…we move with Grace, with Heart, with Gratitude and Devotion. Concepts slip away, images shatter – we are innocent and free.

Labour of Love
Ecstatic Dance and Creative Arts for Women during Pregnancy
This course is an opportunity for women who are going through the miraculous journey of pregnancy to take time out, tune in & nurture mind body & soul.
Pregnancy is a journey of growth & transformation on many levels; emotional, spiritual & physical. For some, this can be a precious time of reflection, germination of new thoughts, expansion of awareness & inner knowing, as well as a time to let go of old frameworks & identities as we prepare to move from archetypal “maiden” to “Mother”.
When we allow ourselves the time & space to recognise these shifts and connect more deeply with ourselves and others, a profound opportunity emerges for self healing & metamorphosis as we prepare to birth our precious new child into the physical world.
We will be utilizing the Healing and Creative Art modalities of Ecstatic Dance, journaling and Art making to map the various stages of pregnancy on a physical, emotional & soul level as well exploring our own stories of pregnancy and birth.
There will be plenty of time and space to share, reflect and connect with other divine mothers-to-be..
6 week Course
