Traditionally Sunday is a day of rest, renewal, worship and prayer… Join us in Sacred Space for an ongoing Sunday Morning Dance. Drop into a divine connection with self and others as we interweave our stories, soul-expressions, power and vulnerabilities in the healing practice of Ecstatic Dance.
On Sunday Mornings we meet in daylight, fresh morning energy greets us. We smile openly – our dance exposed and authentic. We move with Grace, with Heart, with Gratitude and Devotion. Concepts slip away, images shatter – and we are innocent.

Ecstatic Dance and Creative Arts for Women during Pregnancy
This course is an opportunity for women who are going through the miraculous journey of pregnancy to take time out, tune in & nurture mind body & soul.
Pregnancy is a journey of growth & transformation on many levels; emotional, spiritual & physical. For some, this can be a precious time of reflection, germination of new thoughts, expansion of awareness & inner knowing, as well as a time to let go of old frameworks & identities as we prepare to move from archetypal “maiden” to “Mother”.
When we allow ourselves the time & space to recognise these shifts and connect more deeply with ourselves and others, a profound opportunity emerges for self healing & metamorphosis as we prepare to birth our precious new child into the physical world.
We will be utilizing the Healing and Creative Art modalities of Ecstatic Dance, journaling and Art making to map the various stages of pregnancy on a physical, emotional & soul level as well exploring our own stories of pregnancy and birth.
There will be plenty of time and space to share, reflect and connect with other divine mothers-to-be..

Friday 5th February.
